Did you know that every year Harvard promotes a Global event
- the Global Month of Service - during which alumni around
the world dedicate a day to a local charity? Did you know that
this year will be the first year the UK Harvard Club will participate?
Help to make it an outstanding inaugural event by participating.

The HCUK has selected a project promoted by Habitat for
Humanity. We will be helping Solace Woman’s Aid (http://www.
solacewomensaid.org/), a charity which houses, protects and
enables vulnerable women. Over the years, Solace for Woman’s
Aid has assisted many desperate women and children to pick up the
pieces after leaving difficult home situations.

On April 28th they could use your help to decorate some rooms
and a playhouse in some newly acquired premises. In addition to
your time and labour, you will be asked to make a small donation
toward materials for this good cause.
